rq999 may request a copy of an identity document for age verification at any time. rq999 reserves the right to suspend an account until verification is complete. If any user provides a false age, their account will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If any user attempts to operate multiple accounts, all such accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You are responsible for all transactions and activities carried out using your account.
If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify rq999's support team immediately.
2.4 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information
You must provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating an account. rq999 reserves the right to close accounts and withhold deposited funds if false or incorrect information is provided. If any of your details change, update your account settings or contact support.
Deposits & Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Rules
The accepted payment methods at rq999 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank).

All deposits must be made exclusively from the account holder's own payment method. Deposits via third parties are prohibited.
3.2 Withdrawal Rules
The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
Players making their first deposit at rq999 will receive a 120% bonus, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
Example 2: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus → Total balance ৳28,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.
Not all games may contribute equally toward meeting the wagering requirement. Contribution rates for specific games can be found out from the support team. If the requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy
Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity — such as claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or arbitrage — is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
VIP Program
5.1 Tier Structure
rq999's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

Gaming Rules
6.1 Game Operation & Results
All games on the rq999 platform are governed by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartial and fair outcomes. Each game result is entirely independent and is not influenced by previous results.
If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, rq999 may decide to refund the bet for that round or restart the game. Any winnings obtained from a faulty or cancelled game will not be recognised.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Playing games using software, bots, or automated methods.
- Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other players.
- Exploiting any technical error in the platform.
- Money laundering or processing illegal funds.
- Harassing or behaving inappropriately toward other users.
If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
6.3 Technical Issues Policy
If a game is left incomplete due to loss of internet connection, power outage, or any other technical issue, rq999 will resolve the matter in accordance with the applicable policy. It is the user's responsibility to maintain their internet connection. rq999 will not be liable for losses caused by connection interruptions.

- Bonus abuse.
In the event of account closure, the return of any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be reviewed.
